Wolff fitness have extensive experience in working with athletes in the Oxford and surrounding area, to improve their sports specfic fitness, including endurance, power, strength, agility, flexibility required for rugby, hockey, tennis, football and triathlon.
 
Sport is becoming more and more competitive.
Our young and adult athletes are expected to train harder and compete more often to achieve success more quickly. Yet without a structured conditioning programme, our athletes of the future are likely to suffer burnout, injury and illness. With only a basic, but specific programme, coaches can avoid the pitfalls and achieve optimal performance from young players without compromising their health.
 
Through workshops and regular interaction with players and coaches, Wolff Fitness aims to promote the latest training techniques for a more holistic approach to player development. We offer specific, tailor made programmes which can be implemented easily at all levels.
