The Select Six programme is a great new way of getting the results you want from the gym a very affordable rates. Be part of a group of 6 people, all looking to be challenged and motivated!
How does it Work?
- Well, sign on to meet 2 times per week in the gym for 6 weeks.
- There you will work for 60min with other members of the group following a routine developed by Wolff fitness. We have found that this system allows for a more FUN and PRODUCTIVE workout, where you actually LOOK FORWARD TO TRAINING!
- you will use Cardiovascular machines, olympic bars, resistance machines, punchbags and much more to give you a total workout.
- you will follow YOUR OWN PROGRAMME, specific to your needs, fitness levels and background. The programme will be updated every session to ensure you are CHALLENGING yourself.
- on sessions 1 and 12 you will have a FITNESS ASSESSMENT so that we can set your programme and track your progress. These 2 sessions are 90min long.
When is it?
Course run throughout the week early mornings, daytime and evenings.
Where?
All sessions are held at Westminster Sports Centre, Oxford Brookes University, Harcourt Hill, OX2 9AT
How much does it cost?
£180 per person for the 12 sessions......
Can you put a group together?
Get work colleagues, friends or family to create a group of 6 and you can take part on the Select 6 programme at a time that would suit all of you. This would then only If so, it is only £150 per person for the course.
