The Select Six programme is a great new way of getting the results you want from the gym a very affordable rates. Be part of a group of 6 people, all looking to be challenged and motivated! 
 
How does it Work?
When is it?
Course run throughout the week early mornings, daytime and evenings.
 
Where?
All sessions are held at Westminster Sports Centre, Oxford Brookes University, Harcourt Hill, OX2 9AT
 
How much does it cost?
£180 per person for the 12 sessions......
 
Can you put a group together?
Get work colleagues, friends or family to create a group of 6 and you can take part on the Select 6 programme at a time that would suit all of you. This would then only If so, it is only £150 per person for the course.
