 New Circuit Training Class - Osney Mead
 
Starts Monday 15th February 2010.
Venue - Audio Motion Ltd, Osney Mead House, Osney Mead, OX2 0EA.
Time - 6pm
Cost £7.50 pay as you go or £25 for 5 consecutive sessions

What is circuit training? It is an excellent way to get fit by incorporating aerobic fitness, strength training, speed and agility training and much more!
Circuit training involves exercises at each 'station' such as press ups, boxing, crunches, step work etc for a time period, usually between 30 and 60s. Then there is a period of rest, before moving on to the next station.
 
With Circuit training you can work as hard or take it as esay as you want making it ideal for all fitness levels to work in the same group. If you lack motivation then working in a group and seeing your fitness improve over the weeks will certainly get you pumped up for more!

The aim of the Wolff fitness Town and Gown Running Club is to promote correct and most efficient training techniques to get the most out of your running without getting injured. We'll be using dynamic warm ups and relevant stretches to reduce injuries like shin splints and Runner's Knee.

Heart Rate monitors will be available to demonstrate and learn how training zones work and how they relate to your running needs.

We will use interval training based training which allows us to have mixed ability groups so that no matter you fitness level, you will see improvements throughout the weeks.

3 people — £240 per person for 12 session course

5 people — £180 per person for 12 session course

N.B - All sessions must take place at Westminster Sport Centre and at off peak times (10am to 4pm).
