Fitness assessments and reassessments for all to set a baseline record from which training progress is measured.
Monday to Friday:
Fitness Activities - At least 3 x fitness sessions per day including: circuit training, boxercise, weight training and running. The sessions take
place outdoors, in the field, beach and local parks.
Additional classes such as
yoga and pilates are also available.
Only 15min's drive away are beautiful mountain routes for
mountain hikes, and cycling tours.
Throughout the week
there are opportunities for small group training sessions so that
guests have specific training programmes to take away with them once they leave
the boot camp.
Cultural Events:
Whilst
the exercise sessions will be fun and motivating there are also cultural
activities in the programme. Activities such as Spanish cooking, dance classes, Spanish lessons, and horse riding. As well as trips to Valencia and the world famous
Oceonagrafic. These can be booked on arrival and are extra to the cost of the
week.
Who is it for?
The
week is targeted at those who already exercises regularly and are looking
for a week with a difference. Rather than the kickass boot camps that are
available, this is a much more favourable approach to getting fit! This doesn?t
mean that we go easy! Results is what
it?s all about, and there is only a week to get them!
Dates
The Inaugural
Week is 20th to 26th November 2011 and is aimed
at getting people in shape for the upcoming Christmas parties!
Cost
The
cost of the week is ?599 for one a ?999 for 2 sharing for 6 nights (Sunday to
Saturday). Includes full board lodging,
group personal training, fitness classes and assessments. The cultural activities and
the additional classes of pilates and yoga are not included. These are dependent on
interest. It doesn?t include flights and pick up from the airport can be
arranged.
