Personal Training and Sports Massage Packages
 
We are all different and have different needs. We have therefore various packages to assist you in your decision.
 
Please remember we can design packages to suit your needs and budgets, so if you need something different please contact us.
 
Prices start at £35.
  


Initial consultation
 
Because personal training may seem daunting, Wolff Fitness are happy to provide an initial consultation for free. It is a relaxed meeting of about 45 min where we discuss what your aims are and how they can be achieved. We will also check basic medical information such as BP height and weight. There is no obligation to continue with personal training.
  


Taster Session
 
Ideal as a special gift! Just like the initial consultation, we would assess your needs and goals and outline how Wolff fitness can help you. Then there would also be a practical side lasting 45 min. It is a workout session which will show what will be involved through personal training. The session will be adjusted to meet some of your aims established in the initial consultation. There is no obligation to continue with personal training but you will have the option of booking more sessions.  The taster session lasts 90min.
  

 Invest in the long term! ANNUAL PACKAGE
2 sessions a week for a year!
Thanks to feedback from our clients, we have developed a very successful annual personal training package. Sign up for 6 months or a year, pay monthly, and guarantee your long term success!

Kickstart package

  • 2 personal training sessions per week to keep you motivated and exercising at the right intensity, 
  • Regular fitness assessments to show your progress
  • A personalised training programme to encourage you to exercise by yourself
  • Dietary guidelines and assistance to help you perform optimally  
Ideal for those looking to see change quickly. If you have not exercised before, or are looking for fast results, this is an excellent way to become confident in exercise routines such as exercise techniques and stretches, and learn how to progress the programme yourself.
  

 
Block bookings
These do not have time restrictions and are ideal if you have a changing weekly schedule. Regular personal training sessions, a fitness programme and regular consultation by telephone or email means that you can still achieve your fitness goals.
 
5 Sessions
  • Fitness Assessment and re-assessment

10 sessions

  1. Get a group of 3 to 6 people,  
  2. Free Personal Training session for each person. includes fitness assesment and training programme, 
  3. Then train as a group, get motivated in a fun and exciting session, but follow your own specific programme!  
  4. Train at the same time 1 to 3 times per week  
  5. Enjoy the benefit of achieving your goals! 
Prices
  • 3 people — £240 per person for 12 sessions (£20 per session)  
  • 4 people — £210 per person for 12 session (£17.50 per session) 
  • 5 people — £180 per person for 12 session (£15 per session) 
  • 6 people — £150 per person for 12 session (£12.50 per session) 
  • N.B - All sessions must take place at Westminster Sport Centre and at off peak times (10am to 4pm).
