Personal Training Packages
 
We are all different and have different needs. We have therefore various packages to assist you in your decision.
 
Please remember we can design packages to suit your needs and budgets, so if you need something different please contact us.
  


Initial consultation
 
Because personal training may seem daunting, Wolff Fitness are happy to provide an initial consultation for free. It is a relaxed meeting of about 45 min where we discuss what your aims are and how they can be achieved. We will also check basic medical information such as BP height and weight. There is no obligation to continue with personal training.
  


Taster Session
 
Ideal as a special gift! Just like the initial consultation, we would assess your needs and goals and outline how Wolff fitness can help you. Then there would also be a practical side lasting 45 min. It is a workout session which will show what will be involved through personal training. The session will be adjusted to meet some of your aims established in the initial consultation. There is no obligation to continue with personal training but you will have the option of booking more sessions.  The taster session lasts 90min.
  

 
Kickstart package
 
Ideal for those looking to see change quickly. If you have not exercised before, or are looking for fast results, this is an excellent way to become confident in exercise routines such as exercise techniques and stretches, and learn how to progress the programme your self. This package entitles you to 2 to 3 personal training sessions per week, a consultation and dietary advice and a training programme to follow. There is a time limit of 5 weeks where 12 sessions must be used up to enhance the effectiveness of the package. We also help to equip you for maintaining an active lifestyle through variety of offers and discounts!

Block bookings
These do not have time restrictions and are ideal if you have a changing weekly schedule. Regular personal training sessions, a fitness programme and regular consultation by telephone or email means that you can still achieve your fitness goals.
 
5 Sessions
  • Fitness Assessment and re-assessment 
  • Short term (4 to 6 weeks) personal training programme.

10 sessions
  • Initial fitness test and re-assessment
  • Long term personal training programme (10 to 12 weeks)

Massage
 
Has many effects from relaxation, to reducing back pain and energising the body. We are currently looking for mobile masseurs in the oxford area as part of the Wolff Fitness personal training package.
